What I would like to know is, who the fuck does he think he is, trying to suppress information and dumb down the American Public? The sad thing about that comment is that it should not surprise people. The dumbing down of our students has been happening under Republican rule for a long time. From antitax extremism which gutted funding for our schools to No Child Left Behind, whose sole purpose was to transform our children into test-taking robots and give military recruiters the run of the schools, this is all part of the plan. Mr. Lynton is simply more candid about this insidious Republican agenda than most of his fellow right-wingers.
